DeepStacks Poker members have access to the WORLD’S LARGEST BAR POKER CHAMPIONSHIPS via our affiliation with the Bar Poker Open (BPO). The 2023 and 2024 championship featured a 1st place GUARANTEED prize of $100,000!
Vegas Or Bust is just one of several ways for our members to win a seat into the Bar Poker Open World Championship. Last year’s Vegas Or Bust series was our largest event ever. Navigating the field to the final table required a mix of luck, skill, and patience.
Multi-Day / Multi-Flight Format
Each Day 1 flight will play until 15% of the field remains.
How to Qualify
Each Vegas Or Bust flight has its own specific qualification period. Standard flights cover one month of qualification.
- To qualify, a player must earn a token (Top 3) or earn points (Top 20%) of any regular league game.
Day 1
– Tournament begins at 1:00pm
– Registration begins at 12:30pm
– Late registration ends with the end of level 8 plus the break (approximately 4pm)
– Once the tournament starts, play will will continue until 15% of the field remains.
– At this point the tournament will be over. A league representative will record how many chips each of the remaining players has. This will be the player’s “bag” for Day 2 of the Vegas Or Bust Series.
-Players may bag multiple times throughout the series. A player’s largest bag will carry forward into Day 2. This is known as “Best Bag Forward”.
Day 2
All players that have bagged chips throughout the Day 1 events, will play on Day 2. Day 2 will play down until the final table of 9 players remains.
Day 3
The final table of 9 players will play until there is a winner.
1st Place > 2026 Bar Poker Open World Championship entry ($300 value) + $400 Travel Reimbursement + Hotel Stay at the Golden Nugget
2nd / 3rd Place > 2026 Bar Poker Open World Championship entry ($300 value) + $400 Travel Reimbursement
4th – 9th Place > 2026 Bar Poker Open World Championship entry ($300 value)
